How do I reset or change my password?
- Select "Forgot Password" on the login screen or go to the account section to reset or change your password.

How do I register as a driver in the UNIC Driver App?
- To register, download the UNIC Driver app from the app store, complete your profile with required documents, and submit for approval. You will be notified once your account is verified.

How can I update my profile or vehicle details?
- You can edit your profile and vehicle information directly in the app by navigating to the "Account" and "Manage vehicle" section and saving your updates.

How do I delete my driver account?
- To delete your account, please goto "Account" tab, select "Manage Account" and from there you can delete your account.

How can I check my ride earnings?
- Go to the “Account” tab, on top there is wallet balance block. Tap on Wallet option appear in the middle to check your earning.

How do I add or change my bank/payment details?
- Visit "Account" tab from the bottom of the home screen and scroll down till you get Manage Bank Account option. Tap on that and add/update bank account detail.

- Visit "Account" tab, on next screen on top there is Wallet Balance option tap on that to check your Wallet balance.

Can I receive referral bonuses?
- We have refferal bonuse option for driver to driver. You can earn reffereal bonuse once other driver use your refferal code and complete mention trip in given days. Even you can track refferred driver trips count from your UNIC Driver app account.

How do I accept or end a trip in the app?
- Once you receive a ride request, tap “Accept” to let rider know you accept the request and coming to rider's location for pickup. Once you reach at the rider's location tap on app screen you arrived. if you didn't find the rider you can use in app call and chat option to connect with rider. Once you and rider in the car together. you can slide to begin the trip. Once you reach around the destination. App gives you indication about you are around the destination. So you can take care of parking space to drop-off the rider. In this entire process please make sure your device GPS is enabled.

How do I cancel a ride?
- It very easy to cancel the ride. Firstly if you are not sure please don't accept the request becuase this will be waste rider's time and will impect to your rating too. However in your emergency situation you can cancel the trip from the top right corner after tap on 3 dots.

What happens if a rider doesn’t show up?
- Wait the designated wait time, and if the rider does not show up, use the “Rider No Show” option to cancel the trip without penalty.

- Yes, after completing each trip, you’ll be prompted to rate the rider based on your experience.

- UNIC provide payout weekly basis to their driver. Every Monday 4 AM payment will be release.
